OUR LEADERS
Our Executive Team

Jaeme Spalding
At GCLA, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the Aged Care Team and the service delivery for all Aged Care customers across the Gladstone region, from West Stowe to Agnes Water and surrounding areas. My role is dedicated to supporting older adults by providing face-to-face interactions, guiding them through the complexities of the aged care system, and ensuring they receive the funding and services they need. I also focus on building strong relationships with local providers and businesses to enhance our presence, strengthen community connections, and support sustainability in our region.
After the challenges of COVID-19, I feel incredibly grateful that my role allows me to continue visiting people face-to-face, providing the personal connection that many services have moved away from.
Outside of work, I have a few passions that people might not know about! I was born in Victoria and have two amazing teenage children. I am also a qualified nail technician and previously ran my own business in Victoria. And when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me out on the water—I absolutely love jetskiing!

Stephanie Perotti
I’m Steph, the Exercise Physiologist and Health and Wellbeing Leader at GCLA. In my role, I help clients improve their physical and mental wellbeing by creating tailored exercise programs. I work with people of all abilities, helping them with everything from improving mobility and managing chronic conditions to enhancing overall fitness. I also contribute to staff wellbeing through pre-employment testing, supporting staff injuries, and providing training.
The progress people make, no matter how big or small, motivates me. Whether it’s helping someone regain strength or simply feel more confident in their movement, it’s incredibly rewarding knowing that my work directly contributes to their wellbeing. I’m passionate about making exercise accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
My favourite part of working at GCLA is the people. The clients and the team here make every day fulfilling.
Outside of work, I grew up in Tasmania and moved to Gladstone in 2022. I’m a big fan of staying active—whether it’s playing golf, walking my French bulldog, Eddy, or trying out new sports. I also love baking (and eating) delicious food!
