Our NDIS Services

Supported Independant Living (SILS)

Our primary focus is assisting you in achieving maximum independence. Through our SIL services, we offer flexible options, providing support either in the comfort of your own home or within our designated residences.

Our highly trained support staff offering NDIS Personal Care Services and would provide personalised assistance with daily personal activities as well as household.




e-Hub Social Programs Including Epic events

Short Term Accommodation, including respite, is funding for support and accommodation for a brief time away from your usual home.

We provide independent living with 7 supported independent living houses in Gladstone. Our tailored activities include: 

Sleepovers

The Hub, which is where most of our activities are run from. It includes a vegetable garden, a kitchen, and craft facilities.

Various learning and pleasure activities according to each person’s plan.

NDIS Plan Management 


We are dedicated to assisting individuals with their NDIS Plan, ensuring it is customised to align with personal preferences.

Our primary objective is to support you or your loved one in accomplishing the desired goals. With a comprehensive range of services, we offer various forms of NDIS plan management, including assistance with bill payments, streamlining the administrative aspects to provide a seamless experience..

NDIS Support Coordination 


Our NDIS Support Coordination services offer personalised guidance and assistance to help you navigate the complexities of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). 


Our experienced team works closely with you to develop a tailored plan, ensuring you make informed decisions and access appropriate services.
