Our Exercise Physiologists specialise in using tailored exercise programs to prevent, manage, and treat chronic conditions, injuries, and disabilities. These programs are designed to enhance physical function, health, and overall well-being. Therapy sessions can be conducted in our clinic, at home, or via hydrotherapy at an aquatic centre.
Speech Pathology (Telehealth)
We are pleased to announce that GCLA Speech Pathology services are now available through Telehealth. This new offering provides a convenient, flexible, and accessible option for clients to receive high-quality speech pathology support from the comfort of their own homes.
Allied Health Assistance
Our Allied Health Assistants work alongside therapists to implement therapy plans, support rehabilitation exercises, and ensure seamless service delivery through administrative and practical support.

Our pricing aligns with standard rates for NDIS, SAH, DVA, and WorkCover. For private health insurance clients, fees may vary based on individual health fund benefits. A detailed price guide will be published online soon.

Exercise Physiology
Exercise Physiology Intervention can help manage conditions such as:
- Diabetes
- Cardiovascular Disease
- Arthritis
- Obesity
- Osteoporosis
- Mental Health
- Muscle Injuries
- Broken Bones
Patients diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes may be eligible for Medicare subsidised group exercise sessions delivered by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist under the Type 2 Diabetes Group Services Program (Item 81115).
Patients must be referred by their GP as part of a GP Management Plan (GPMP) or Team Care Arrangement (TCA).
