The Support at Home Program includes:
Eight classification levels, each aligned with a dedicated funding amount
Increased funding for people with complex care needs
Streamlined assessment and reassessment processes that adapt to changing circumstances
A restorative care pathway focused on improving and maintaining independence
Dedicated funding for assistive technology and home modifications
Additional end-of-life support funding for participants in their final three months
